Finally!!!

We have completed the design process for all our Hammerin' Wheels cycling gear and we are ready to open it up to the club for orders! At the bottom of the page is a sample proof and several photos of what our items look like.

Who prints our gear?
All our gear will be printed by Champion Systems. They were selected for their quality, pricing and flexibility of ordering.

What kind of quality are we talking about?
Champion Systems sponsors several pro teams. They use the same fabrics for us as they use for the Pros. No extra fees for 3/4 or full length zippers on jerseys. No extra fees for higher quality chamois in shorts. Rest assured you are getting top quality items.

How much do items cost??
Once I get everything set I will post a full price list for all garments. For now we are only going to have short sleeve/sleeveless jerseys and shorts. Since the heat is on the way, I don't see a major need for long sleeves and/or jackets. View the order form here.

How do I know what size and style to get?
There are 2 styles of (Men's) jersey to order (Ladies have a separate fit). "Race cut" and "Club cut". Race cut is designed for elite cyclists who are lean and mean. If you were like me and had no idea there was a difference you will want to stick to the "Club cut" A simple chest measurement is used for determine your size. Please make sure you are using the correct measurement chart! In addition, the jerseys tend to run small (shorts run normal) once you determine your size from the chart get the next size up! Jackets should be one size larger than your jersey!








How do I order?
You can order one of several ways.

1 - Use the online method to pay via Paypal. Paypal accepts all major credit/check cards. You will need to email me an Order Form once you have paid. Click here to order online.

2 - Send a check/cash via standard mail for your total along with a completed Order Form Checks should be made out to me c/o Hammerin' Wheels Bike Club

If you would like your items mailed to you directly please add $5 to your total, otherwise you will have to pick up your items at an event or make other arrangements.

What is the return policy
Aside from defects in the product, there are no returns for custom printed items. Please make sure you order the proper size because I can't return it if its too small! Please determine your size from the chart and get the next size up.

When can we expect our gear to arrive.
I will announce to everyone when we are about to place an order. From the day I place the order there is a 6-8 week lead time to complete our order. I will notify everyone when the order arrives and we will make arrangements for pick up at that time.
