Hi, Rick. I'm checking out upcoming rides and looking unsuccessfully all over the site for explanations about how the levels of rides are classified. For example, what is a "C rating" ride? Obviously, that begs other questions, like what is a "B rating", etc. What is a "sweep"? Maybe you could point me to a forum or another site that provides definitions and jargon?? I'd be obliged! Hope you're doing well!
Thanks for the greeting, Rick! I've already asked my buddies to send a request to join and told them about Strava. I sure appreciate the welcome! Have a great day, and I'm sure I'll see you on a ride, soon!
Hi, Rick! It was great to meet you and Joel on the trail today! I set up Strava and joined this meetup. Looking forward to some great rides! Thanks for all the info!
Many thanx, Rick. Hope we can meet up before too long. Berg heil!
Hi Rick,
I'd like to go to Shasta - have been wait listed.
Not sure how to ask for the open spot.
Please add me in if possible or let me know what to do.
Thanks, Paul
Hi Rick,
I live in Folsom and work in Rancho Cordova. Happy to meet or just share info on Cascade Gulch via e-mail. I think I can dig up some photos from the trip.
Paul
Welcome!!
Thanks Rick: Never considered the sun sleeves. They appear to only protect the arms - Perhaps I'm in left field on that one. Tell me me more if you can. I'm concerned about my core and head temperatures - that appears to be where I ran into trouble the last time. If you know of some out of the box ideas to prevent heat stroke in addition to the standards of keeping soaked and taking in fluids I'd appreciate it. Anybody can chime in on this...Please.
Sorry dude, no Face Book - just email me at [masked]
