Ride 4-5 Century Rides next year. Toss my BP meds. Lose 20lbs and become a better climber. Reduce recovery time. Increase ride frequency. Complete the Davis Double. Maintain my HWs friendships.
Intermediate
Came off the couch and completed my first century ride 2 months later - and survived it. Completed Canyon Classic Mt Hamilton ride this year.

"Not this time, but soon."
"RE: Rescue ride. You've got mail."
"Scott, lots of parking off Fair Oaks & Penn at Bob's Bikes - or across Penn at the raft rental place. First leg is then down Penn instead of up Penn. :D"
"No legs, but very tempting."
"Still thinking this one over. Very tempting, and I have been riding much stronger the last week or so. Climbing Hamilton in cool wx is so tempting."
"RE: the importance of proper hydration, I found this interesting. "FYI....almost all men have a natural crit of 40-45%. Most endurance athletes are lowish...like 40-42%. This is due to hemodilution with plasma. The body produces more plasma as it's senses even slight dehydration for the daily grind of of training.""
"Legs not recovered :("
"Alex. I have a K-wing and was surprised at how it deflected air down away from my chest. I have aerobars mounted that cover the flat part, but like the way it deflects some of the air down past your pecs."
