What's not to love!!! The leaders come up with great routes ranging from urban to desolate, short to crushing, flat to 25%. They know the area and stop at the local food & watering spots. Members are very kind, open and care about cycling more than ego. Lots of social activities to - Christmas rides, BBQ, movie nights. Rock on Hammerin' Wheels!

Thanks for the encouragement during the Beatty Climbing Challenge. I wasn't a member yet, but I saw your name on your race number when you passed me and said "Good job" (9:12 in the rider's view video that Liz Young posted in the comments for the ride). I was riding a Bike Friday folding bike.
Canyon Classic Super Century route is Mt Hamilton Rt out, and back to 'the junction', where you then join the regular century route. Was thinking of it on the day of the Century, but rain prevented needed training, so perhaps this fall when it cools down.
How do you like your Titanium bike?
Same age. Wouldn't have guessed. Impressive performance. Gives me some motivation.
Was thinking of doing the stealth Canyon Classic "Super Century". Do the Mt Hamilton route, return to the junction, and then join the normal century route. 165miles iirc. Interested?
Congratulations
on the DMD!
