Introduction
Well if it has to do with the outdoors and my bike I am there. I am 45 Married and love to ride. Rolling off 30 - 60 Miles is little having a day off from the office. I am in many on-line groups and I heard about bikeing here, so I joined.

"Susan you can ride with me, I get dropped with in the first 6 miles, then I do my 17 - 19 mph pace. I love this ride brcause it have made me stronger and built up my speed. If you are looking for speed training this is the ride to be at."
