It was nice to meet you as well. I hope you got a lot out of the seminar. Yeah, I'm pretty much a newbie to this ultra trail running business, so everything seems new and exciting. It was really cool to find out my body fat % and BMR and all that stuff. Well, good luck on your training as well. Maybe I'll see you on one of the trails or during WTC. Take care.
