I accidently joined the Mountain bike section yesterday... I have a road bike, doh! How do I remove myself from that group?

any. I need to build more confidence. Scared to death of my clip on peddles, took them off after the 3rd wreck and scared of having a flat

beginning/intermediate have had the bike since spring and probably have about 500 miles or so in the saddle
