Climbing: 4000-6000 ft.
Pace: 17'ish on flats
Route: Bike trail to Folsom Bike and then http://ridewithgps.com/routes/930445
Sweep: No, but we will periodically regroup for those not too far behind.
Lunch: YES! Newcastle Deli, after Chili/Lozanos.
Bring: Helmet, plenty of water, snacks, great attitude
Don't bring: Aerobars, MP3 players
It's been a while since I've done a long ride and the weather for this weekend is looking promising. So let's get it done!
Rolling from my place at 9am. I should hit Hagan Park about 6 or 7 minutes later, so let's call it 9:10 at the Feeder trail/bike trail intersection by the fenced in dog park and playground.
I expect to hit Folsom Bike for a quick stop at about 10 for those that would like to join in there. This will not be a coffee break! Be ready to roll at 10:15.
Hope some of you will come along! This would be a good time to find out where your fitness is in prep for the many century events coming up.
I will be starting at Williams Pond. I think Phillip will be starting there as well.
Had to be home by 1 pm so went with the FB group instead to Lotus so back at 1230. Joel, you are the bomb in comparison. See u Tuesday. I have this week off.
