F45 - Bike trail social

Jamba Juice (map)

Selected By: Jeff Sanford

Ride Summary:

Terrain: Flat with a few pancakes
Distance: approx ~45 Miles
Rider Level: Advanced Beginners riders and up.
Sweep: No

Meet at 7am roll at 7:15 sharp!!

Looking for something with a few less hills but still has some good meat on the distance? Well look no more!

We'll meet at Jamba Juice and make our way over to the bike trail. Once on the trail we'll head all the way into Old Sac to grab a cup of coffee/snack. When everyone is ready we'll head back taking the same route.

I plan on keeping the pace between 14-16 (give or take) mph and we will stop once each way at Howe Ave for a very quick water refill/potty break. We will need to keep moving to get back before it gets too hot.

If you are looking for something a little shorter you can turn back at any time as the ride never leaves the bike trail. Partial route riders are welcome to join us.

You will want to bring some $$ for a snack as well as whatever snacks you may need along the way. There are plenty of places to stop for water if you should need it. Sun screen

As always your helmet is required!

Fun ride and good stop at Steamers in Old Sac. I will be doing more of these since there was a good reception for this type of ride.

A good pace that really pressed the limits of our 70# Schwinn Twinn. We hit the Sunflower Drive In afterward for the best vegetarian food I've ever had.

Jeff S., thanks for putting this ride together. Needed the flat ride this week. Jodi and Yvonne, that was a fun pace back (17mph)! For a stretch there we were pushing 22mph!!! Thanks for the company back ladies!
