Speed: 18-26 on the flats, less on hills, 16+ average
Rider Level: Intermediate+

Let's try this again, this ride has been cancelled due to rain the last 2 times I have tried it!!

Alex. I have a K-wing and was surprised at how it deflected air down away from my chest. I have aerobars mounted that cover the flat part, but like the way it deflects some of the air down past your pecs.

I see... I don't think I ever really noticed the airflow like that, the way how my bike is fitted for me I am not that low to the headtube.

Alex ChiuGood, familiar climbs! Am getting more used to pedaling while having hands on the flat part of the handlebars (I need to get me one of those K-Wings!), definitely does help. Great last ride before I am off to Google Thursday!
