E-24 - Guy West Bridge to Sunrise and Back in the Dark
Shortly after the ride starts we will be in the dark so lights are needed.
The distance is approx 24 miles and the pace is in the 15+mph range. The ride never leaves the bike trail and is a simple out and back route. Meaning you can turn around at anytime without fear of getting lost. This will be an easy spin as there are no hills. Feel free to ride as fast as you want, but the intent is to ride in the 15-17mph range.
Light to moderate rain will not cancel this ride. Heavy rain will.
We will meet at the Guy West Bridge across from Sac State at 5:15 pm and be ready to go by 5:30pm... a quick break at Sunrise then head on back to Guy West Bridge.
As always your helmet is required and do not forget your light. It may be raining, so dress accordingly.
