Excellent ride, and what an awesome group of students. I didn't make Park this time, but plan to on the next one.

You may want to re-state your "on the flats" speed, although my computer showed 15.7 average over 69 miles (which is a little high for 16-18 in the flats and slower on the hills). Great ride, great day, great company and a very very good hill work out. Again, those students can really hammer on the hills. Got dropped, but I'm working on it.

William, glad you could make it ...yea it's veryr satisfying working with the High School club and watching them develop as cyclists throughout the years. I definitely will restate the pace :-) ..just updated my Friday ride in fact, check it out and see if that more accuratenly reflects the pace. The last thing I want to do is mis-state the pace and end up blowing someone up!!

Thanks Javier for letting me tag along for most of the ride today. I would have stayed longer but I only had a temporary hall pass. ;-) It was a good group today and a fun ride. Those kids are really fast!

Great ride, thanks Alex, Mica, Bill & Doug(?) for joining in, it's nice to have some adult company when I ride with the High School Club. Mica --- welcome to my world, where High School sophmores drop me like a bad habit!!!

Good to revisit these climbs, I always forget the name of climbs, now I am starting to remember! Avg speed shows 16.2, which was faster than Monday (15.9), I felt like it was slower today but it is all perception I suppose. HSers left me in the dust on Ridge Q.Q...

What started off as a gloomy morning with all the fog quickly turned into a beautiful ride once we hit Lincoln and got out of the fog. I'm sure glad it was a "moderate" paced ride ;-p. Javier and those HS kids sure can hammer. After keeping up with them for the 1st half of the ride, I recieved my 1st piece of humble pie on Ridge Road, Indian Hill, and finally Park. Oh, and who's idea again was it to go up the hard way for Park? ;-p. Maybe if I played Farmville like Javier and the HS kids I would of had that extra juice I needed..... All in all a great/challenging ride. Had a 16.3 average over 73 miles on my computer, not bad considering all those hills we encountered today.
