This is a quick-paced 30 mile ride from Sac State College along the Jed Smith Memorial Bike Trail to the Hatchery and back.
Time to get back in the saddle and get ready for the longer summer rides.
The ride starts early.

As always, helmets are required.

You can park for free in the area of 900 University Ave.

    You really need to get one, helmets are required for group rides. You are not going to find a club or organized event around that doesn't not make them mandatory.

    Traffic caught your AO off gaurd. We got separated into the guys and gals. The guys had a quick ride with a good head wind (both ways? What's up with that? lol). Great way to end the day! Thanks for coming out everyone!

    Great workout. The wind added to that challenge (both ways as Tom mentioned) and also challenged are bike handling skills with cross wind gusts around 25 mph.
