E17- The Jamba Joy Ride

Jamba Juice (map)

Selected By: Jeff Sanford

Ride Summary:

Terrain: Mostly flat with a few minor hills
Distance: Approx 16 miles
Speed: Whatever you want
Rider Level: Beginner/Family/kids
Sweep: Yes - We will ride as a group.

We will meet at the Jamba Juice in the Gold River Shopping Plaza. We will gather at 8:30am and be ready to roll at 8:45am. From Jamba Juice we will make our way to the American River Bike Trail. Once on the trail we will make a left and head west toward William Pond Park. Once we arrive at William Pond Park we will head up to Bella Bru and get a light snack. Once everyone is ready we will make the return trip to Jamba Juice. There is also a Starbucks and ice cream in Rite Aid.

Please remember to bring any snacks or water you may need for the ride. Please remember that helmets are required.

If you have any questions please feel free to ask!

A light rain will not cancel this ride but a heavy rain will. I will cancel the ride by no later than 6:30 am. Please check the calendar before you leave!

Thanks again Jeff. Nice to meet Mike and Liz and catch up with Richard - even if I did have to drive to Bella Bru. :D
